I don't normally do this but I felt I had to mention the outstanding customer service I received from Blichmann.
I damage a part on my top tier, Blichmann personally contacted me and made sure to have the replacement part to me before brew day on Saturday.
I just wanted to say thanks again, and if I ever do make it up to the NHC I will take you up on that beer. Cheers!
