First attempt at building a brown ale. I like them to be slightly higher ABV, a little sweet with a full bodied, creamy mouthfeel and some hop bitterness. Ultimately aimed to keep it relatively within spec for the style.

Any feedback is appreciated.

If you want a little sweetness then add 8oz of a caramel malt, say between 40-80 srm. It will also get you closer to the 18 srm, which may not be the case with only 8oz of chocolate malt. Other than that it looks really good.

I think your recipe looks good as is.

For boosting sweetness, you could dial back the hops a bit, or add some caramel as suggested. But for my tastes, I'd go with some additional kilned malt. 4 oz. more Victory, or jack it up a bit with Aromatic or Honey Malt -- or maybe even Melanoidin Malt.
