I'm thinking about brewing a big batch but, do not have a big fermenters. Will it be ok to put in two fermenters?

Yes, just do everything as normal and then split the batch between 2 fermenters.

For laughs and giggles you can then use 2 different yeasts and see which one you like better:)

or dry hop one :)

OP, no problems with splitting, i do 12 gallon batches and split into 3 5 gallon buckets at 4 gal per.
