im suffering from mold in most of my malting and something comes to my mind, why not use sold or potassium metabisulfite to stop mold and make malting so easy. i know temperature, air and turning barley every hours is key but anyone try adding such thing and is it going to add unpleasant flavor to my end beer?
 
guys this is my first post in this forum so i really have a lot to share and talk about pls give me ur experience
