Hi, I'm thinking of going to biab, but have a Blichmann hopblocker that I would like to use, and I don't think I can keep it installed and mash.
My thought was to have two pots, one for the biab mash, and then transfer the wort to the second (with the hopblocker) as the brew pot. I know some people use two pots for sparging, but was wondering if anyone has used a second pot for efficient hop filtering.
