So I'm pretty new to home brewing, and wanted to try making my own IPA using the BIAB method. I'm still learning a lot and wanted to get you input on a recipe i've been working on.

My goal is a simple IPA with citrus flavors. I put it together in Brewer's Friend, and it looks like it will turn out good, however I just want to get some input on it.

Style Name: American IPA
Boil Time: 60 min
Batch Size: 3 gallons (fermentor volume)
Boil Size: 4 gallons
Boil Gravity: 1.050
Efficiency: 70% (brew house)

STATS:
Original Gravity: 1.066
Final Gravity: 1.017
ABV (standard): 6.5%
IBU (tinseth): 76.78
SRM (morey): 9.8

FERMENTABLES:
6.75 lb - American - Pale 2-Row (87.4%)
0.6 lb - American - Caramel / Crystal 40L (7.8%)
6 oz - American - Victory (4.9%)

HOPS:
0.6 oz - Galena, Type: Pellet, AA: 13, Use: Boil for 60 min, IBU: 49.63
1 oz - Amarillo, Type: Pellet, AA: 8.6, Use: Boil for 15 min, IBU: 27.15
1 oz - Amarillo, Type: Pellet, AA: 8.6, Use: Boil for 0 min

YEAST: WYEAST AMERICAN ALE II 1056

I licked the computer screen for a taste test...

It needs to age a bit more and could use a Cascade or Amarillo dry-hop, but great otherwise.

Licks: just one
Aging: a week after kegged
Dry-hopping: 1/2 oz. should do it. More if you like it hoppy.

Just one? Damn I better dry hop it.

I plan on bottling it, so would dry hopping in a secondary for a week get the same results?

I've never dry hopped so I'm a little nervous about it.
 
Nothing to be nervous about. Throw a whole ounce at the dry hop. If, after the time it takes to bottle carb, you think it's too hoppy (highly unlikely) just give it a few more days. Hop aroma fades fairly quickly. You'll probably find yourself adding more hops on subsequent brews.
 
I brewed a very similar Biab recipe (2 row, Caramel 40, all Centennial) and while it was very tasty and all my friends loved it, I thought for an IPA it could have used a little more hop punch so I would agree with Floppy. I plan to dry hop it next time.

I do think your recipe would be very good though as it is.
