Better Bottle manufacturing issues?

Anyone know what is going on with Better Bottle? I have been interested in buying a couple of better bottles and they have been out of stock for several months now. My LHBS owner said that they aren't available for him to reorder. Bell's homebrew store notes that they are out of stock due to a manufacturing issue, but there is nothing on the better-bottle website. Wondering why they haven't communicated the issue?

Is there any chance some of the guys like NB are no longer carrying them due to the bubblers and big mouth bubblers?

I just sent them an email and got this as the response:

Our production machinery was destroyed in a weather event that caused the city sewers to back up. It took a while to replace the machine, but the new machine is now installed and we are getting back into production.
