In your opinion, what is the best temp controller for a fridge/keezer and why? Looking at reliability, ease of use, price, etc....I am new(er) to homebrewing and want a fridge or build a keezer but am not electrically smart so building one from ebay components pieced together may be out of the question unless it is very clear and precise but open to your suggestions and ideas. Thanks in advance.

All the abilities of a expensive unit aka ramping etc. a small price.
Start ferment at 60 for a week or a day or a month, infinitely programmable, slowly ramp up temp to what ever the heat source can provide and what ever you wish, aka 70 deg or so. Hold the temp for 3 weeks and then crash to 35 and hold indefinitely.
All initially programmed and no further human input needed.
Can program multiple profiles for several different beers and run them with a push of a couple of buttons.

I have a stout in the keezer right now that is in week 3 of automated control started at 65 deg hold for 4 days and ramp to 70 over a week and hold for 3 weeks, then drop the bottom out and cold crash on day 30 to 35 degrees. It will hold this temp until I get around to bottling.
This is all automatically done by the unit after initial programming. (a few button pushes)
