Hey All,

I recently acquired a Grainfather G30. I generally like their software, but it doesn't have anything to help calculate mash PH. On the other hand, Beersmith offers mash PH calculators, but comes up with a much larger (and likely incorrect) quantity of water for mash and sparge.

I'm curious what others thoughts are. I feel like I could...
1. Use Grainfather software + Bru'n Water or something similar
2. Is there a way to fix the mash quantity estimates in Beersmith? If so, I could _just_ use that, which would be great
3. Some other idea I haven't thought of.

Wanted to get feedback / thoughts / opinions - thanks in advance!

Everything in Beersmith is customizable by the user. You can change the water quantities to meet your needs and particular processes. AFAIK the PH calculations were updated in Beersmith 3 and there are two PH models you can chose from again, to meet your needs and process.
