Best bottling methods?

I have been bottling my last few batches using carbonating sugar. It works great but I dont like all the sediment that sits on the bottom. Is it possible to carbonate in the keg and then bottle it? Or will it flatten out over time? How do you get rid of stuff on the bottom?

Of course you can. You can bottle off the keg and the beer will stay carbonated just fine with little or no sediment.
