I just finished drinking this recipe, the only difference is i added yeast nutrient, 1% alcohol booster and .5 oz kent golding hops at 15 mins. Turned out great! You may want to add some malto dextrin to add body as it was very light on body unless thats what you are looking for. kegged at 12 psi this brew left beautiful lacing on the glass. i will brew this one over and over again. Probably my new favorite beer.
