Having homebrewed a very long time, I have started stream
lining my process. As such, I have just started trying some
dry yeast. I did some searching but didn't find what I'm looking
for. I'm planning on doing a small batch of saison with some
frozen raw fruit. I'm looking for a subtle farm character, so
what temp should I ferment the Belle Saison at? I have tight
temp control.

I plan on comparing the saisons with my all brett beers.

I don't think you'll get any "farm" character from most sacc saison strains alone - that is, if you mean farmYARD or barnyard character. What you'll get from straight sacc saison strains will more likely be spice, tart, fruit, bubblegum, even some banana and/or clove in certain instances. At least this has been my experience with sacc saison strains.
