I'm brewing my first Belgian wit tonight.... Question: Do I leave the coriander in all the way through fermentation, or pull it after chilling prior to pitching yeast? Same questions for the bitter orange peel?

That's why I figured pulling the coriander. I figured if left in it would get over powering. Same for the peel or leave that in?

yeah, i normally just put it in the same muslin bag as my hops. I just tossed it in the last time I made a wit/wheat and it was really overpowering (although I changed the recipe a little, so that might not be the only reason). Just add your orange/coriander to the muslin bag for the last 10 minutes of the boil
