Hi,
I've recently tried Belgian Rye IPA and I really liked it:
Belgian Rye IPA - Rock Bottom Restaurant and Brewery - BeerAdvocate
I want to make similar style beer using one of the Festa Brew worts, however I'm not sure which one to buy and what type of yeast, additional hops, and spices to add?
The Belgian Rye IPA (Rock Bottom Brewery in the US) description said that the ale was brewed with 30% rye malt, and dry-hopped with 33 #s of Amarillo hops.
Please advice what do I need to buy in order to produce similar style of ale?
Thanks,
John
