Ok. So my first 2 days of fermentation was around 68 degrees. About day 5 and most of the fermentation was done in cranked it up to about 80 for 2 days then brought it down to 75 with the plan of slowly bringing it down. Checked this morning and my fermenter was 95+. Waterbath in my chamber was 72 so that's working. I know it's just endothermic reaction but is that OK? It looks perfectly clear and all. My instinct is to cold crash it. Thought?

I'd suggest a new thermometer. Either you have a tiny water bath or a bad thermometer because I wouldn't expect a batch of beer to be 30F above the surrounding temperature water.
