Belgian Brew Pub in San Jose.. and region

I lived in the SF-Bay area for 11 years.

Every time I visit I try to go to what ever brewpub has opened since I left.

I am looking for a good place that might brew Belgians in the South Bay or Santa Cruz area.

OR

Maybe can get me to a good online Brewery Map.... I can't find on for Northern California...
