I started a hard selzer and beginning gravity was1.0. And I racked it to a secondary fermenter and gravity was 10. Is it worth going to bottling stage

1.0 (1.000) would be water with no carbs in it, so that couldn't be the Original Gravity (OG). And no hard seltzer (with all the original gravity points coming from simple sugars) should be finished yet at "10" (1.010).

Like @VikeMan said, there is something wrong with your measurements. Are you using a hydrometer or refractometer to take the readings? Whichever, have you used it before or do you need help with that?
