I normally use BeerSmith for my water profiles. I have been looking at Palmers water styles, I have been working on a Munich Helles and see a big difference in Palmers profile and what Beer Smith shows for water. I don't know which one I should use. If I change the profile from Munich Helles to Imperial porter in Beer Smith nothing changes, but in Palmers I get to choose the Beer Style.
