Maybe I'm missing this. Can I set BS to show my sparge water in quarts (3) instead of gallons (0.75)? It shows my mash in water as quarts.

I'd even take liters for it.

Well, the confusion I've had is the brew sheet starts with strike water volume in quarts, but then moves to gallons for sparge. That never made sense to me, but I always just did math to convert it back to quarts.

It would be a nice feature, but I usually print out my brew sheet and then pencil in the Quart values next to the Gallon values. It is pretty difficult to divide by 4 D)

OK, my editing has been screwed up ALL DAY on the forum. It will not save any changes I make and sometimes editing causes my post to be deleted.

D) should be :D

You set your measuring units under Tools/Options/Units. That one is under "batch size". So, if you change you're batch size to quarts, it will be reflected in the lautering section for your equipment. Bummer is that it then shows your batch as however many quarts as well.
