I am new to Beersmith and have an extract recipe that we are trying to convert to all grain. When doing so, it converts the DME fine, but one of the other grains that I used to steep with it, a white wheat malt, is taken out of the recipe in the all grain version. Is there a reason that is being done that I don't know about. This is going to be our first all grain run and I was just wondering if there was some other reason that would be taken out that I was not aware of. Thanks!
