Beer Stats: what are these units?

I'm looking at a bottle of Chinookie IPA from Full Pint Brewing Company and they have the following "Beer Nerd Stats" listed:

O.G. 15.1
I.B.U. 103.1
°L 9.8

I know OG is original gravity, but what scale is being used here? I have no idea what °L 9.8 could be. Any ideas? BTW, it's a darn good IPA.

For the O.G. they are using Plato. 15.1 degrees Plato is 1.062

The °L is Lovibond to measure the color.
