Beer recipe for left over ingredients, ideas?

Have some leftover hops and yeast and wanna make a easy batch heres what i got
About 1oz german northern brewer 4.9
About 1 oz fuggle hops 4.9
And safe ale 05 , half a dry pouch
And 2 full sealed safeale 06

Just wanna use this stuff up thanks

Also I can only do about 1-2 gallon all green because electric stove or can do extract

virtually 50/50 pilsner/munich, but add a little melanoidin, fuggles for bittering, half the NB somewhere around 15 to 10 minutes.

I have no idea how that would turn out, but that is what I'd do.
