Hey all. We've brewed 3 batches and so far, so good! We are having a party in exactly 4 weeks and wanted to brew a batch tomorrow to have ready for the festivities. Is this possible? We've been doing IPA's, 2 weeks in a primary then bottling for another 2 and then just drinking them up. (We can't help ourselves!) We were thinking of doing a brown ale or a stout this time. Do those all need longer or does it just depend on the recipe and the OG? Any suggestions for brew recipes that could be ready and tasty in 1 month? Thanks!

No Problem, I have made several that were done in 3 weeks, 1 in the primary and 2 in the bottle. Most of them have been better after 3 or more weeks in the bottle, but nothing wrong with any of them after just 2.
A bunch of extract and partial mash recipes out there for stouts, Heffe Weisen is a good one too as is Dunkle Weisen

It's not a brown or stout but Centennial Blonde can turn around that quickly.

If you invest in a keg and force carb, you could cut out some of that bottling time.

Also try to keep it a lower ABV beer that always helps with trying to drink beers when they are younger. They take less time to condition to a decent drinkable beer.
