Hello guys, I'm trying to put together a my recipe for a German Lager and would like to know your opinion on the profile (malts, hops and times).
I will be open to receive criticism for raising the profile of this beer.

OG: 1.048
FG: 1.006
ABV: 5.1%
IBU: 40
EBC:10.1

12 kg Pilsner
1 kg CaraPils
1 kg Melanoide

Mash: Decoction Double

Boil: 90m
20 g Nugget @ 60 min
100 g Saaz@ 30 min
100 g Saaz @ 20 min
100 gCascade 10 min

23 g SafLager West European Lager @ Yeast

1 week primary
1-2 week secondary
