About 1 gallon of beer is left in my corny keg and it has just begun to trickle out of the beer out end. I "shook" the keg a bit and got quite a bit of sediment in the glass, but the beer out line got plugged. I am assuming that it is clogged.

Here are my thoughts:

Raise the pressure to 30lbs and hook the CO2 tank to the beer input and try and "blow it out"
Or rack the beer out, clean the tank and rack it back
Or Rack the beer into a growler and have a party.

Any other suggestions or thoughts if this has happened to anyone else.

Did you have any hops that got into the keg? Sounds like a hop in the tube maybe. I would go with the 30psi briefly attached to the beer out connection. That should blast it out.

I had this problem. I tried upping the preassure, but it didnt work for me. I would de-pressureize the keg, remove the dip tube, and clear the line manualy by using a wire coat hanger. Re-sanatize the dip tube and fittings, and put everything back into place.

My keg clogged every time i moved it, so I would move it somewhere, and let all the clogging material settle out before you clean the dip tube.

+1.. this takes about 10 seconds to try, and should work if there's something in the dip tube.

If that doesn't work, de gas and remove the post and check the poppit. Hop material may be in the spring.

I've had my lines freeze a bit too. Made me think the lines were plugged (they were!). Then I noticed that one line had dropped behind the keg and was touching the back of the fridge.
