Brewed an LME pilsner light 2 1/2 gal. Brew , with just some sazz hops and yeast ! I checked it at 7 days and it has a big krawesen it's cloudy but really flat . I brewed in a 5 gal bucket . Is it because of the air space ?

It's going to be flat until you add your corn sugar and bottle it (assuming you're bottling and not kegging). That's when it start to carbonate.

On a side note, dont you love that gravity sample that tastes awesome? Man, that's just a sign of better things to come!

It's an OBK Pale Ale kit. Came out really nice. Currently bottle conditioning. Should be ready for the weekend.

You can carb while fermenting, put it in a corny/sanke keg with a sounding valve and ferment under pressure. When it gets near the finish just set the spunding valve to the pressure you want it carbed to and let it finish, will be carbed when you serve it.
