I'm assuming it looks fine...no pellicle or anything? If there is a pellicle, I would have to guess you're gonna get the advice to let it sit for another year or so for a nice sour.
 
Take a sample if it tastes ok bottle it and you will need to add fresh/new yeast to carb it. All the yeast will have dropped out by now and more then likely be dead.
 
Okay, tasted it and it was okay. Botlled it and it sat for just over a week. Good bubbles and pretty good on the pallet. Im going to let the rest of the case (20 bottles) sit for a month.
