What was the recipe that the owners if the shnitziniggles restaurant were so adamantly protecting? I hear it's the best beer taste on earth...

I have always wondered about the taste of that fictitious beer. I would imagine it to be a Munich Helles sort of thing.

Much too light for a Marzen. It is a German style so no spices.

Anyone else notice Landfill holding a can of extract during the brew process? Not sure that extract was around in the late 1800's-early 1900's...just saying.

I'm guessing I'd have to use whole grains to make it traditional
