I've been lurking on this site for quite a while now! I could really use some help on this problem, I couldn't find a solution.

I rebuilt a kegerator with 10ft beer lines, 4ft gas lines, and ball lock corny kegs. Tower (3 tap tower, everything stainless Kegco).

I've had a keg of Dry Irish Stout carbing inside for 2 weeks now at 12psi.

For my first pour, I quickly opened the faucet all the way .. and got nothing :( So I started to close it, and about halfway open/close it started to flow FAST!

I'm trying to dial this in for pours when faucet is open all the way, but can't quite seem to get it working? Wondering if it is a faucet issue? Or a pressure issue? Or a issue with the Kegco faucet?

I tried turning psi up to 20psi, but that didn't help.

Any help would be appreciated .. Thank You!

Check to see if your beer line is frozen. Happened to me once or twice, the line will get wedged between the evaporator plate and the keg. Ever since then I always make sure it's closer to the door.

I'm guessing here .. but could it be my top two nuts need adjusting? Initially I had them screwed all the way down.

I figured it out!

I didn't have instructions for the new tower, and I put two washers on the faucet, this restricted the flow when opened full on. I removed the added washer, and everything worked better. Still seems a little fast though, I adjusted to 12psi and 10ft of 3/16 line.

Thanks for the quick replies though! Cheers!
