Hi guys,

I know the title seems weird but I cant seem to find anything concerning my situation. I have a kegerator that fits 2 5 gallon corny kegs. I bought a 2 valve CO2 distributor so I can hook up to kegs. Currently I have a pliny clone rigged up.

Here is my situation. I will be kegging a hefe this weekend that I will force carbonate. Currently I dont have a second CO2 tank and distributor so I would need to use the shut-off valve on the pliny for a few days so I can hit the hefe with 25psi.

How long can I leave the Pliny clone disconnected from gas before I lose carbonation? Is two days too long?

Thanks in advanced for the input.

Cheers,
CAbrewing
