HI,

I have been running my BCS460 for about 4 years now, and in its current configuration for about 2 years without much issue. A while back the #2 SSR that controls my pump stopped working, and i figured it was the SSR. Today I decided to swap out the SSR, but before I did i tested it one more time. The #3 SSR fired fine, and the #2 still did not work. Next I checked to make sure all the connections were secure, and try to confirm the SSR was out, but when I went to re test none of the outputs would fire.

When the power is on the multimeter registers a connection from the output to the ground for all the outputs even though they are all off. when the power is off there is no connection.

Any Idea how to troubleshoot this?

I think I have a short somewhere with the output connections, I'm going to disconnect all the connections than retest.

Any other Ideas of where or what else to test?

Turns out the Contact block is loose, If i push it in I get it to signal, but If i pull it out a little 0,1,and 2 stop. If it comes out a little further they all stop. No I have to try to figure out how to tighten it up.
