Ok, been homebrewing for about a year. All grain. 5 gallon system. I have wanted to use WLP002 for awhile and had a random inspiration.

Battle of Britain was a huge win for Britain against Germany and a turning point for WWII. So figured what the hell. Make a recipe with a story.

German Malts, Vienna, Munich. About 60%/40%. Then all English Hops battling out air raids of .15 oz of Fuggle every minute from 60 - 45 mins. Then EK Goldings every minute from 30 - 15 minutes. Then a .5 oz of both at the FO.

Then of course a dry hop of both at the end. WLP002 Yeast.

Awesome? or Stupid? what would you change?

Beersmith calculates 62 IBU, 1.072, 13 SMU, 6.7%.
