Batch sizes

What size of batch is possible using 7.75 gal pony kegs? All grain, all electric system. Thanks!

For full boils it will be hard to do much over 5 gallons finished, and even then you will probably need to watch for boil overs. A 7.75 gallon mash tun will hold about 20 lb of grain though, so you could make 5 gallons of a higher gravity wort then top up 2-3 gallons if you want a bigger batch in the fermenter.
