So originally my buddy that got me into brewing was suppose to come up to Jersey from Baltimore to help out with my first AG batch...then 18" of snow later...Friday brewday got cancelled
So I was puttering around the casa and decided to brew a partial mash Amber Ale kit I had....I got major kudos from the SWMBO as this was the first batch I managed to do without a boil over all over the stove! Go me!
Waiting for the wort to chill and get the yeast pitched...should take about 10 days until I keg this badboy (which will be another first)
I love the smell of brew wafting through the house
