Saison - I'm brewing to my environment as per the advice of a friend. Everything went smooth. This time I did not have help.
I pitched my yeast at 64*. Couldn't get the hose to fit over my airlock, so it's sitting in my shower stall right now.
I also tasted my amber at one week in the bottle, I know it needs more time but I wanted to learn how it changes over time. Good carbonation, kind of sharp tasting but good. Smells yeasty!
I am a happy girl.
