hi all.ive done a couple of beer kits. now her in doors wants me to do some wine.ive brought a youngs definitive zinfandel blush(keeping it cheap as its 1st one).also brought youngs definitive grape juice.now whats the basics of putting these together and getting it right.ive got a dj.do I have to get the temp right?how long to ferment.how do you bottle.any advice please
