2pk US04 FERMENTS

Est Original Gravity: 1,044 SG
Est Final Gravity: 1,013 SG
Estimated Alcohol by Vol: 4.7%
Bitterness: 15.0 IBUs
Est Color: 8.4 EBC

Closed OG at 1.045, fermentation started well yesterday, I plan to make a dry hop with 40g cascade in the last 2 days of fermentation over the course of maturation.
Basic beer for the test, I intend to make 100L of it for the family's end-of-year party.
I accept opinions. thank you

If you intend the beer to be reasonably hoppy and aromatic, I suggest using a bit more hops for dry hopping. Someting like 100-200 gr.

in reality the idea would be to give just a touch, a note of cascade
