I've just finished reading Barrel-Aged Stout and Selling Out by Josh Noel (see https://www.joshnoel.net/barrel-aged-stout-and-selling-out/). Absolutely fascinating book about the craft beer biz and Big Beer's attempts to take it over. I highly recommend it.
