what amount should I use for my keggle - MLT - kegs - etc?
Well, it's a powder, so I just use it like Comet or Ajax for when I burn some wort on the stove, or for the outside of stainless. I wouldn't use it on my cooler MLT, or the inside of my brewpot.

???
Being that it is Oxalic Acid (and assuming your brewpot is stainless) it's actually a good idea to use it inside. Oxalic acid facilitates passivation of stainless steel and, as you know, passivated steel resists rusting.
Just rinse well.
