Banjo burner

Hey guys,
Just got my Banjo burner an high pressure regulator from Northern Brewer. You guys that have these, what do you set the orifice to?

I set mine wide open. You want to see as little yellow in your flame as possible. I love my Banjo Burner. I use the two tier model with a low pressure on top and a high pressure on the bottom. I use a 1/2 bbl converted keg on bottom burner and a polar ware 40 qt pot on top. It works very well for me.
