Banana bread ale???

Hello homebrewers! My brother-in-law and I have been brewing for almost 1.5 years now. We started with kits and are now creating our own recipes. We're looking for thoughts on how to create a banana bread ale. We are still doing partial...no all-grain yet. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
