Ive been trying to put a clone recipe together for this ( Imperial Pils). So far this is what Im thinking.
14.5lbs Belgian 2 Row
1 lb Crystal 40
Although I think I would like to replace the 40 with biscuit malt.
This is where actually have drank this beer comes in. It has a delicious bready flavor but is 1 lb of biscuit too much?
