So I grew up in Rochester and have gone to the Genny brewery a few time. Awful beer in my opinion but they’re bringing back out with the ball keg

Think it’s possible to covert into a corny keg?

How does their handpump attach? Is it a threaded connection or something that clicks/locks into place?

The literature you shared looks pretty old. Any idea if the new ball keg might be an updated system?

Genesee hasn’t given much info other than it will cost $150

I believe two tubes slide into the top, input for the pump and output for the tap

^that^ would match the description in the diagram shown in the initial post. Those two rubber ports are foil sealed and the tap/air pump pierce the foil then seal to the rubbers. Turning it into something sporting a pair of ball lock posts would be a challenge...

looks like it'd be better used as a fermenter.....

Yeah, I don't know how to go about converting that. I don't think the design lends itself to modification.

I wonder if there's a way you could somehow tranfer the beer to a corny?
