bad yeast question...

i made edwort's apfelwein and used WL's english cider yeast. Followed all the instructions and finished at 2 pm yesterday, now it's 8 am and nothing! is my yeast dead? what do I do now to fix it?

Your yeast is fine. Most likely. Just give it a couple days. Sometimes it takes awhile.

You wait, and it will probably fix itself. If it's still doing nothing after 48 hours, you are allowed to get mildly concerned.
How do you know nothing is happening? You cannot rely on airlock activity (especially if you are fermenting in a bucket. You need to take a SG reading, and see if the gravity has changed.
