Bad regulator or not?

Should I be able to feel air flow from the small hole off to the side of the adjustment screw on the regulator?

See the below image for the small hole I'm talking about.

No, that hole connects to one side of the diaphragm and keeps it at atmospheric pressure. Feeling gas flow anywhere in your CO2 system is a problem.

I had the same problem once. Take it apart, remove the diaphram, then tighten up the needle valve assembly in. Mine was just a tiny bit loose and it caused the leak.

Did you drink rediculous amounts of Guinness while watching Ohio State beat up on Penn State too.

I'm a Pitt alumni so rooting for PSU isn't in my nature.

I gave that a shot but I still have a leak so I'm going to order up one or 2 from here.
