I got an ounce of citra the other day and when I got home noticed that the top had an opened a little bit. There was a little bit of hops in the bag and I could definitely smell them.

I taped over the hole and put it in my freezer to store it until I brew. (Probably will have been in there for 2 weeks by the time I brew)

Should I replace these, or will they be good to go?

You will probably be fine. The worst case is the Alpha Acid is lower than advertised due to degradation from exposure to air.

But if they smell strong, I wouldn't worry. I would use them.

sweet, thanks! If there is freezer burn do you think it's worth bailing on them? Pretty sure I sealed it though.

Freezer burn is basically just water in food being drawn out by repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Since your hops are already dried, they won't freezer burn. You'll be fine!
