Question, has anyone back sweetened a beer in a cold carbed keg with wine conditioner?
I brewed my second Brewers Best Extract WitBier recently and left it on primary to long I think. It seems to have less of a smooth mouthfeel and its not as sweet.
I have backsweetened cider in the keg with wine conditioner and was thinking of trying it in a glass of my WitBier first and if it helps doing the same thing.
Comments, suggestions?
