So I have 5 gal ready to be put into a keg... I also have 3 quarts of liquified (think blender) strawberries. I'd like to use this to backsweeten before I keg and force carb.

It is pretty well liquified, but I don't want to clog up the lines in the keg.

What would everyone recommend--strain it with a cheesecloth? Something else?

Excellent. Do you think this amount of berries will have a noticeable impact on flavor? I am considering mixing with a little apple juice as well.

Strain the strawberries and then taste, no science can can tell you what you like if it is not sweet enough add some apple concentrate

I have found strawberries tricky to work with when trying to get the strawberry flavour. They can be quite watery and it seems to me I always need a lot more than originally anticipated. I would suggest trying to extract as much water content in the berry as possible before using them for flavouring.
