After a two year layoff from brewing not drinking beer. I'm going to brew today an IPA quick turnaround small 2.5 gal batch. Let's see if I still can nail my efficiency. I was able to nail 70% every time I know it's not high but it was consistent. Wish me luck.

Guess what nailed 70% again. That was good to know my technique is still sound or at least predictable. Almost forgot to voulaf but remembered in the nick of time. No harm no foul. Now let's see if the 6 month past date Nottingham yeast takes off. I should place a order with Austin just in case.

Good to ride that horse again.
