Is corn sugar really that hard to find, or is it just me? I've been looking for the stuff the past couple of weeks now and nobody seems to know what it is. If I don't find it tonight I was thinking about priming with maple syrup or anything else. I probably won't use cane just because that's all I've ever used. The beer is an oatmeal stout...I guess I'm also just curious how much influence the primer has on the beer. Dump a bucket of experience on my head, please, thanks.
